SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY
Given we are a small business, no shows and late cancellations can be very damaging to us, which is why we need to have this policy in place to protect our salon. With late cancellations/no shows, we aren't able to give our other beautiful guests, who have been patiently waiting on our waitlist, enough time to make it into the salon.
You will receive a reminder text message 3 days prior to your booking with Bronde. which provides you with clear instructions on how to reschedule your booking, along with our cancellation policy.  
You are able to make changes to your booking with us up to 24hours before your appointment. All changes made within 24hours of your booking will incur a 50% fee of your booked service, which needs to be paid before you're able to rebook with us. 
A no show or cancellation made within 4hours of your booking will incur a 100% fee of your booked service, which needs to be paid before you're able to rebook with us. 
We try to be as accommodating as possible for our guests and also understand different circumstances, so please get in touch as soon as you know you're unable to make your booking with us. 

ONLINE BOOKINGS
We understand how challenging it can be to make time to get in touch with us to make a booking, which is why we have online bookings available for you. All services have a detailed description to help you choose the right service for you. 
When making an online booking, we require a $100 deposit for any foil work and a $50 deposit for all other services. This deposit will then come off your overall invoice total on the day. 
For cancellations made when a deposit has been paid, please refer to our 'DEPOSITS' policy below. 

DEPOSITS
All new clients require a deposit to be paid to secure their booking with us. The deposit amount will vary between $50-$100 depending on the booked service. 
If you have paid a deposit and reschedule outside of the 24hours, your deposit will be added to your account to be used for your next booking. 
If you cancel your booking within the 24hours, your deposit will be forfeited and put towards the cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy.  

DECEMBER BOOKINGS
December is always our busiest time of the year, with guests wanting beautiful fresh hair when celebrating the festive season with their nearest and dearest.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS
The cancellation period will change from 24hours to 48hours to allow enough time for our substantial waitlist of other guests also wanting an appointment in December. Appointments changed within the 48hour cancellation policy, will incur a 50% fee of your booked service which needs to be paid before you can book another appointment with us. 
For appointments changed within 4hours or a no show will result in a 100% fee of your booked service, which needs to be paid before you can book another appointment with us.

DEPOSITS FOR DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS
To reserve your appointment there will be a deposit required, this deposit locks in that allocated time needed just for you. For maintenance haircuts a $30 non-refundable deposit is required and all other services require a $50 non-refundable deposit. If your appointment is changed outside of the 48hour cancellation policy the deposit will be credited onto your account. If it is changed within the 48hours your deposit will be forfeited and put towards the cancellation fee as stated in our 'Cancellation Policy for December Appointments'.

NO EXTRAS
We pride ourselves on being an experience-based salon, where you can come to unwind, relax and appreciate a little time for yourself. 
Due to this, we ask that you bring only yourself to your booking with Bronde. to ensure we are keeping our space as calm and relaxing as possible for all guests. 
If you require an extra person to come to your booking with us, please discuss so when you are making your booking.
